Seated Exercise I
Exercises from a seated position are fun and effective - offering a full-body workout without the difficulties caused by other sorts of exercise programs.
SEATED EXERCISE I is a great exercise program for anyone at any fitness level - but is especially appropriate:
- if you have any mobility or balance difficulties
- if you find exercise difficult from a standing position
- if you want less stress on your joints while exercising
- if you are a senior
- if you have foot or ankle problems

This DVD contains a 45-minute seated exercise program complete with instruction, tips, and music. It is divided into sections so that you can do all or part of the workout depending on your time and needs.
The instruction for this workout is created by Mike Alalof, a bodybuilder and former professional boxer who has multiple sclerosis. The exercise techniques have been developed and refined by Mike in his many years of teaching fitness to those with multiple sclerosis and other mobility difficulties, as well as his experience training top fighters and other athletes.
