You don't have to be young or thin or disease-free to be fit. Everyone can become fit - and it is even more important as you get older or need the strength to face some challenging physical circumstances.


The key to becoming fit is to keep giving your body what it needs to keep regenerating:

Good nutrition
Nutrition is critical to keeping your body strong. Your cells constantly need nutrients to keep on effectively regenerating.
Concentrate on eating lean proteins, vegetables, and fruits. A good test: ask yourself if the food you are eating would have been in the Garden of Eden - these are the natural foods that are best for your body.
Plenty of water
Don't just go by how thirsty you are. You need to drink a lot of water to help your body thrive. Try to remember to drink water throughout the day - if you can't, then drink a lot of water after you get up each morning.
MOVING!
Moving your body strengthens the muscles, bones, heart, lungs, and most things in between. If you can only move an inch, move that inch consistently and it will turn into two inches, then two feet.
